How are you spending your days right now?
Are you busy Doing?
Are you Doing so much that you have neither time nor space for yourself?
If you’re going full speed ahead right now during a pandemic, natural disasters, and the relentlessness of what’s present, ask yourself, “Am I creating internal chaos? Is my chaos showing up in my busyness of Doing rather than Being?”
The Universe is crying for you to fucking slow down, breathe, relax, reflect, heal, and bring ease into your life.
The busyness of Doing is stressful, chaotic, tense, and unsustainable.
Are you willing to go a little deeper?
Why are you so busy?
Are you running? What are you running from?
Do you, at some deep level, believe that you’re not Doing enough? You’re not giving enough? You’re not Being enough? You’re not enough?
When you’re Doing, you won’t even give yourself time to reflect on these questions.
You won’t give yourself time to FEEL ALIVE.
When you’re constantly Doing, i.e., staying in the masculine instead of simply Being, which embodies the nurturing feminine, you’re out of balance.
If you slowed down and settled down, what emotions would surface?
Anger, sadness, grief, pain, hopelessness, exhaustion…
What if you allowed yourself to be with these feelings, trusting that you can move through them?
If it’s anger that’s present, then I’m the person for you because it’s scary to be angry, especially if you don’t know how to healthily and consciously release it and move through it.
My purpose is to help you heal the parts that desperately need healing so that you can step into your greatness, vitality, and have the energy to Do what you need to Do and Be who you need to Be with balance.
I’m here to help you release repressed anger, express anger healthily, to heal, and to create more ease, peace, and freedom in your life.
