Anger is a misunderstood primary emotion.
Many of us don’t know how to move through the full expression of anger with intention and awareness.
Yet, anger is a powerful, necessary, and creative force.
Anger reveals our desires, alerts us to our needs for profound change, and calls on us to take action.
When we give ourselves permission to be angry and consciously move angry/rageful energy, we gain understanding and clarity for what we need and want so that we can take action.
During this 4-hour zoom workshop, you’ll learn the science behind anger, how to healthily express anger in the moment, exercises to settle down your nervous system, and a visualization exercise to access anger.
To gain first-hand experience of this powerful step-by-step emotional algorithm, you’ll work with a personal or professional scenario that has you angry. Be prepared to reflect, write, and work in dyads.
While this workshop will be personal to you, you can use the exercises and practices along with my algorithm as you guide and facilitate your clients in their full expression of anger.
My algorithm is for people who:
• Feel scared, ashamed, and guilty for expressing anger
• Suppress, ignore, minimize angry/rageful feelings
• Want to learn what to do or say when feeling angry
• Want to learn how to release anger healthily and consciously
