My 3-month live zoom-training, “From Anger to Creating Peace, Freedom, and Healing in Your Life,” is for those who want to release repressed, angry toxic energy from their bodies and learn how to express anger healthily in order to have empowered conversations.

“I have participated in a lot of workshops on communication and emotions, and Vanessa’s workshop was hands down one of the best, especially for being only 3 hours long. The questions, handouts, and worksheets did an excellent job of connecting me with my feelings and needs about a situation that has been bothering me in my relationship with my dad. Even though my prior experience learning nonviolent communication led me to believe that “I already know this stuff,” I also knew that I was having a hard time practicing it with my dad, and Vanessa’s workshop was a great reminder of the importance of following the steps!
